Tahini Fudge

16 ounce jar of tahini

1/2 cups of cacao powder

1/2 cup of melted coconut oil

1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey, adjust for taste

2 tbsp. of erythritol

2 tsp. of vanilla

Course sea salt for taste

  1. Line a 8x5 inch bread loaf pan with wax paper

  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and add more sweetener if needed

  3. Pour the mixture in pan, sprinkle with sea salt and put the pan in the freezer for about an hour until solid

  4. Remove the the fudge and cut into squares. Sprinkle more sea salt if desired.

  5. Store in freezer until ready to serve.

Liver Cleaning Tea

6 sliced lemons
2 sliced apples
2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 quarts of water
Boil the above for 30 minutes, strain and add a little maple syrup or honey.
